Please check your bank/ credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. No, As of now there are no specific charges for COD payments.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. Please accept the shipment when you get it as the courier person will not take the product back. In case you wish to return the product, follow the process mentioned in the return policy. Please note that failure to accept the shipment will lead to cancellation of COD facility on your account for all future orders.

Return & Exchange
At this time, all of our products can be returned/exchanged. If you purchased a product in a store that carries littleroot products, we will not accept returns online. Please review our return policy for more information.
You can ask for an online refund against any of your orders within 15 days of its date of delivery. All online refunds will be credited into your bank account within 10 business days. For any other requests or queries regarding this, kindly write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The online refund procedure will be initiated within 48 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your bank account within 10 business days.

If your location is unreachable for a return/exchange pick up, please do send us the order back to the address given below and we will refund your courier charges to your bank account.

Most of our items can be returned/exchanged for a new product. For products that can be exchanged/returned, we adopt a 15-DAY FREE RETURN / EXCHANGE policy as long as the returned products are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition. There are two ways to return the product to us:
- 1. Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free pick up service.
- 2. Self-Ship: If we don't offer a pick up at your location. In such cases, we will credit the shipping costs provided the product meets the return policy and you have shared scan copy of the courier receipt with us.
Note: When your order is exchanged, your delivery executive to pick up and deliver your exchanged order may not be the same.
